Former U.S. Senate candidate Annette Bosworth is appealing to the South Dakota Supreme Court on Tuesday after being convicted of felony election law violations.
A jury found Bosworth guilty in 2015 of six counts each of perjury and filing false documents. The charges stemmed from mishandling her candidate petitions for the Republican U.S. Senate primary.
