NEW YORK CITY (NewsNation Now) — Hundreds of thousands of New York City elementary school students returned to class on Tuesday.
Tuesday marked the first in-person learning day for first through fifth graders whose families opted for a hybrid learning plan.
Some middle and high school students are set to return to classrooms Thursday.
